Mommy & Me classes are grouped by age and include weekly challenges such as progressive
obstacle courses, fun parachute activities, art projects, songs and music all designed to
promote gross motor development and enhanced attention span.

Lil' Hoppers
30 through 36 months
For toddlers who are ready to participate in a class without help from a parent or babysitter.
The focus is on rolling, jumping, climbing, swinging and stretching activities that will
enhance balance and coordination. In addition, children are introduced to basic cooperation
skills such as waiting their turn and following directions.
