Mommies love this class because it's a great way to get out and enjoy a little exercise with their little ones by their side and meet other mommies. After each class, moms head out together for some lunch at Whole Foods, right down stairs. The instructor, Sue is great with the babies and is always happy to pick them up if they get cranky during class. Also offers Pre-Natal Yoga.
Walk ins are welcome.

The class is for babies 6 weeks to crawling.
